Description :
The GIC current generator-injector is a set of appliances designed for testing and checking the efficiency of NEMP-Lightning protectors installed on energy supply circuits or on signal lines.

The current injector assembly consists of :
• A control module (reference GIC-MC) including low and high voltage power supply and control circuits.
• Energy type power modules (reference GIC-MPA) and/or signal power modules (reference GIC-MPS).
The control module enables to prepare and to trigger the pulse simultaneously on one, two, three or four power modules.

Current pulses can be applied to the protection system when it is either powered on or off.
